1. All returns must be made within 30 days upon receiving the Product. You may request for a return of the Product if:
    • the exterior packaging of the Product is damaged upon arrival;
    • the Product is found to be defective upon opening the package; or
    • a wrong Product which does not match the invoice is delivered.
  2. In order to be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused and in the original selling condition at the time when the Product was first delivered to you . It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. If you meet the above requirements, you may request for a return by following these steps:

    • State your order number, name of item and the reason for your request.
    • Attach 3 clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective Products together with its packaging, or the wrongly delivered Product.
  4. You will be given or receive a return reference number upon submitting your request . Please quote the return reference number whenever you are making an enquiry on your request.
  5. Please note that all return requests are subject to prior verification and approval by Accel Mall.
  6. Our customer service team will verify your request within 2 – 3 working days and respond with further instructions. Upon clearance of such verification, our customer service will then contact you to arrange for the pick-up of the damaged, defective or wrongly delivered Product.
  7. Our inspection team will inspect the returned Product to determine whether the Product can be approved for a replacement or refund. If your request is valid and approved by our inspection team, we will process your replacement or refund, based on what you have indicated to our customer service team.
  8. If you requested for a replacement, we will arrange for the replacement Product to be delivered to you within our standard delivery period. Please note that all Product replacements are subject to the availability of the relevant Product.
  9. If you requested for a refund, we will refund you via store credit which you may use for your next purchase or through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

  10. We reserve the right to reject any Products which were not returned in accordance with this Return Policy. All costs incurred to return and redeliver (handling and courier fees) the Product to you will be solely borne by you.
  11. Accel Mall reserves the right to limit the number of requests for replacement.
  12. Accel Mall reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with or without prior notice
